How to Register: Registrations must be prepaid and will be processed only with payment. If you require documentation for internal procurement processes, please print the registration record.

Registration Confirmation: Receipts are issued immediately upon registration if you are paying on-line by credit card. Please keep this information on file as supporting documentation for your CPD credits.

Session Pre-Selection: All delegates are asked to indicate their Pre-Conference Workshop and breakout sessions, if applicable. This information will allow us to assign sessions to appropriately sized rooms. However, seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Early Registration: Early Bird Pricing has expired as of 12:00 PM Friday, June 30, 2017.

Registration Deadline: The last day to register for the Conference is Thursday, August 31, 2017. There will be no on-site registrations.

Maintain your SCMP designation: Attendance at the SCMA AB Gala Dinner, Conference and AGM may qualify for CPD credits towards your SCMP designation.

  • Two-Day Conference (Full Conference) attendance: Ten (10) CPD credits
  • One-Day Pre-Conference/Conference attendance: Five (5) CPD credits

**Student Prices: To be eligible for this discounted rate, you must be enrolled as a full-time student in a university or college. Valid student identification must be shown when you pick up your badge on-site.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received up to Thursday, August 31, 2017 will receive a full refund less a $100 administration fee. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations after this date. All refund requests must be made in writing to the SCMA Alberta office. All no-shows will be charged the full amount. SCMA reserves the right to make changes to the program without notification. If the program is not held for any reason, SCMA's liability is limited to the registration fee.
