Pursuant to the requirements under Supply Chain Management Association (SCMA) Manitoba Act and Bylaws, the Board of Directors sets the time and place of the Annual General meeting.

SCMA MB held its Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2015 in Winnipeg. The Annual Report was presented at this meeting to provide the membership with an update on the Board's accomplishments throughout the 2012-2013 year. At this meeting, we also held elections for the open positions on the SCMA MB Board of Directors.

Martin Montanti, SCMP has been named the 2014 recipient of the International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management Garner Thémoin Award. This award is presented to individuals whose modest, sincere, and persistent efforts have helped advance the profession of supply chain management.

Martin is currently Vice President of Corporate Services for Southern Health-Sauté Sud. He is also the the 2014 Recipient of the SCMA Fellowship Award recognizing excellence in supply chain management.
