SCMA conducts an Annual Salary Survey of the Canadian Supply Chain Professional in partnership with PurchasingB2B magazine and BDO. This popular survey polls SCMA members, magazine readers and other Canadian supply chain professionals to gauge how supply chain salaries are keeping pace. It also looks at current benefits, job satisfaction and training for supply chain management professionals.

Highlights of the 2015 Survey

  • Supply chain salaries rose by 6% from last year
  • The overall average salary in the field is $92,182, up from last year of $86,987
  • Sectors that saw a growth in supply chain salaries include: natural resources, services, and healthcare
  • Across the board, men's salaries ($$97,945) tend to be higher than women's salaries ($83,381)
  • SCMP designation holders earn on average $100,714 compared to $95,781 in 2014
