Prospective candidates must apply for acceptance into the Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) Designation Program. You may complete the form and fax/mail it to the Supply Chain Management Association Quebec along with supporting documentation and your resume.

Non-accreditation candidates in Quebec, including SCMPs, other SCMA members and non-members, may also enrol in the program's modules and interactive workshops for ongoing professional development, subject to space availability.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: For those who studied outside Quebec, please complete the attached form (http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/publications/en/evaluation/formulaire-evaluation-en-dyn.pdf) in order to obtain a comparative evaluation of your degree(s).

This procedure is handled by the Ministry of Immigration, Diversity and Inclusion. SCMA will not review your file before you receive the comparative evaluation from the Ministry for your degree(s) from outside Quebec.
