1) A presentation by Ms. Mélanie Lussier and Mr. Cédrick Lalaizon:
- The MACH initiative: The success story of an aerospace supply chain management project in which governments, clients, SMEs and all players in the Quebec supply chain work together to improve the productivity and competitiveness of aerospace SMEs so that they retain their competitive advantage. This initiative aims to develop world-class management practices, and puts measures in place to ensure that our SMEs are able to achieve operational excellence.
- Presentation of the AeroPortal: a portal designed by aerospace industry professionals, where one can find available training programs, while discovering the professions of today and tomorrow, all on one site.
Mélanie Lussier joined Aéro Montréal in October 2014 as Director of Market Development for SMEs & Supply Chain Management. Before joining Aéro Montréal, Ms. Lussier held several positions of increasing responsibility in the Supply Chain Department at Bombardier Aerospace for more than 15 years. Her current mandate as Vice President of Operations at Aéro Montréal includes the deployment of various initiatives - such as the MACH initiative - to support the development and internationalization of Quebec's most dynamic small and medium-sized businesses. Mélanie is also very involved in her community, particularly in the central coordination team of Women in Aerospace - Quebec section.

A professional with expertise in process improvement, coaching and corporate training.
