Conference summary: This TRANS-formation/ conference introduces different ways to face stressful situations in both personal and professional contexts. Are humans able to control their emotions? Emotions are here, in every aspect of our lives, at work and at home. Some people seem to have control over them; others embrace them or profoundly reject them. In the opinion of our speaker, controlling our emotions is a fake fight! He proposes working on the way we choose our reactions, because he feels we can control them.

"My goal is to help people calm their nerves! I offer tools to create awareness and help people make good decisions. Instead of asking ourselves why something is happening, I suggest we ask ourselves why this thing impacts us this much, sometimes more than once…"
